I have over twenty years of experience in building construction.
I was the Engineering Manager for two local modular builders.
I hold five inspection certifications. Four with the International Code Council for Building, Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing inspection and I am a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. In order to maintain these certifications I meet the ongoing annual testing and continuing education requirements for both organizations. I have successfully completed the
My Safe Florida
wind and hurricane mitigation
program at the University of Florida.
I
inspect homes based on the NACHI Standards of Practice. This is a very comprehensive list consisting of all the major systems in the home.
I use computerized reporting software and will provide a comprehensive report for you in book form (
